CHILE AND INTERNATIONAL FLOWERS DELIVERY

DELIVERING FLOWERS WITHIN THE METROPOLITAN REGION: Deliveries are made by delivery vans which cover the entire metropolitan region from Mon-Fri: 09h30-19h00 and on Sat-Sun: 10h00-13h00. Owing to the number of orders we receive, it is difficult for us to predict the exact hour at which deliveries will be made. We nevertheless, always take great pains to ensure that all of your needs are as fully satisfied as possible. Orders are delivered on the same day (weekdays) if placed before 17:30pm on that day. Orders to be delivered on Sundays, should be placed before 13:00pm, Sunday. If you send your request out of this schedule, your order will be delivered on the next workday following the date of the request. Same case on public holidays.

FLOWER DELIVERY FOR SPECIAL OCCASIONS: These include: Mother's Day, Secretary's Day, St. Valentine's Day, Christmas. To ensure that your gift arrives on time, we suggest that your order(s) be placed with at least two days anticipation.

FLOWER DELIVERY TO REGIONS: We deliver flower arrangements to principal cities in Chile. You can choose any floral design without the restriction “Servicio sólo Santiago”. ONLY WEEKDAYS excepting special occasions. Our representatives in the respective cities will process your request in line with your specific requirements. Orders must be asked with one day in advance during working days.

The same normal form will simply ask you the destiny country ordering at the FLORAMOUR’S online shopping centre.

A- For deliveries to hospitals, please indicate ward and room number whenever possible.
